Who can attend? This class is open to everyone, including professionals and beginners!

Can this class be used for Continuing Training (CT) credit to renew my EEM Certified Practitioner status? Absolutely! 

• CTs for IN-PERSON ATTENDEES: Attending this class, live and in-person, provides you the necessary CT hours needed to renew your Active status as an EEM Certified Practitioner for this current renewal cycle. Once the class is over you will need to complete the EEM CT Renewal Form found on the CT Renewal Page to maintain your Active status.
• CT's for LIVE STREAMERS: Viewing this class online is one (of two) steps toward obtaining your CT hours. The second step is to register for and complete the home study course associated with this class, which is a separate purchase. This home study course will not be completed in time for the current renewal cycle, ending November 1, 2018. It will be available for future renewal cycles.

Does the registration fee include hotel room? No, but we have negotiated discounted room rates for our attendees. You will make the reservation with us, and then pay the hotel directly when checking out.

What if I get a rental car? The Wigwam Resort's address is 300 East Wigwam Blvd., Litchfield Park, AZ 85340; phone 623-935-3811. They are happy to offer complimentary parking for Innersource students.

Will my credit card be charged now for the hotel room? No. We are only taking a credit card number as a guarantee for the hotel. Your card will not be charged until you check in with hotel in Phoenix.

How can I find a roommate to share my room with me? We have set up our Roommate Finder Forum to help you get matched up with someone else also looking for a roommate. Both people with rooms looking for roommates and people looking to share a room are welcome to post there.

Do I have to stay at the Wigwam? No, but we highly recommend it. If you stay at an alternate location, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the class. No refunds or credits will be offered if you are late or miss class.

Can I bring a friend/spouse/significant other with me? You are welcome to share your hotel room with whomever you wish as it is a perfect location to have some special time with loved ones.

Does the registration fee include airfare? No. You will arrange your own transportation to arrive in Phoenix. 

When should I arrive in Phoenix? Class starts at 9:00 am on Friday, October 26. For most people this means you should arrive in Phoenix no later than Thursday, October 25. Our special discounted hotel rates are valid for three days before and after the event.

How do I get from the airport to the Wigwam Resort? The Wigwam does NOT offer an airport shuttle service. All major car rental companies service Sky Harbor International Airport, as well as various taxi and shuttle van services, including Lyft & Uber.

What is the cancellation policy? Innersource has to guarantee room reservations 45 days prior to the class, so please pay attention to these important dates to determine your refund. 

• Cancellations before or on September 11, 2018 will receive a full refund for tuition (including Post Class) – minus a $45 administrative fee.
• Cancellations after September 11, 2018 will receive a 50% refund for tuition (including Post Class) - minus the cost of your entire hotel reservation. NOTE: Innersource will still be charged for your hotel reservation and must pass on that expense to you. 

Withdrawals must be emailed to [email protected] and will be promptly acknowledged once received. If you do not notify us at all of your withdrawal, you will not receive any refund and you will also be responsible for all hotel charges that have been incurred in your name for that class.
